Elviria Hills is GreenLife’s flagship and largest-scale completed residential project in Spain, and one of the most extensive integrated residential developments in Elviria by site area. GreenLife delivered 360 apartments across a site of more than 220,000 m². The masterplan brought together 25 residential buildings, eight swimming-pool areas, underground parking and a comprehensive range of private amenities. The development includes the nine-hole par-3 Greenlife Golf course, tennis courts, a clubhouse, a lake, a hotel and El Lago restaurant. The scale of the site enabled low-density planning, extensive landscaped areas and a clear separation between residential and recreational spaces. Elviria Hills became a landmark in the development of Elviria and remains one of the most recognisable residential communities in Marbella East.
